We will have a screen enclosed 4 person Hot Tub for Thanksgiving 2025. Newly remodeled Stilt home 2 bedroom 2 bath with bunk beds in a separate space and trundle style sofa bed in family room. Property has direct access to Crystal River with 2 docks and plenty of secure trailer parking offering Swimming with Manatees all year. World Class Fishing. Scalloping Season July 1 through Sept. 24 annually.
Floating Dock will accommodate up to a 28 ft boat and boat lift is rated at 6,000 lbs. sleeps 6 comfortably. 8 person max. 2 fishing kayaks and gear included.
You will have everything you need for your next waterfront vacation experience when you book your next stay at the Lodge. Grocery stores, bait stores, marina’s, and county boat ramps are within a few miles of our Lodge. We work with local fishing guides in our area to offer you discounted rates on fishing charters. We are USCG Certified Master Captains and offer scalloping trips all summer for our guests for an additional fee.

We created a beautiful Waterfront Lodge with very comfortable amenities so we can share our paradise with others who enjoy our crystal clear Natural Springs. Swimming with Manatees and World Class fishing and scalloping are the main attractions.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet with all the homes located on 4 canals coming from the river. The boat ramp is 1 mile from the house. The Gulf of Mexico is 5 miles west on the Crystal River and Kings Bay and 3 Sisters Springs are 4 miles east on the Crystal River making this the perfect location for all water activities.
