Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located near all Homosassa and Crystal River has to offer! Nestled on the deepwater canals of the Homosassa River, just minutes away from the world famous blue water of Homosassa Springs. It is the perfect getaway for your family. The 3-bed, 2-bath vacation home was recently renovated and is nicely furnished with everything needed for outdoor adventure, including kayaks, a private dock, and access to fishing and scalloping. We want to make sure your stay is the best it can be and if you need any assistance we are on the same street and strive to become a super host for all your needs. Come see why we have FIVE STAR REVIEWS.. Please note we have lowered our minimum night stay from three to two night during the fall and winter months. The three night minimum is applicable during the July and August scallop season. Please do not book a two night stay during the Scallop season as it takes the weekends from the week long renters thus the reason for the three night minimum during that time. We lived in Spring Hill, FL and we came to Homosassa Springs for a long weekend with friends and fell in love with the nature and crystal clear cool water. By the end of the weekend we were looking for a place of our own and then added this home right across the street. Should you ever need assistance we are here to make sure your stay is terrific. We found this little paradise in the Presidential section of Homosassa Springs with great neighbors and well kept yards and homes. Just minutes from the springs by kayak and great flats fishing for Snook and Redfish.

Why they chose this property

With dead end roads with very little traffic. Neighbors looking out for neighbors we were very lucky to stumble upon this little paradise of the best that nature has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location. On the best river for boating, Kayaking, Great food and entertainment at the local restaurants. Just pull your boat up and dock and enjoy the night life. River Life ! Beautiful pet friendly fenced back yard. Please note though we are pet friendly and love our pets and welcome yours there is a pet fee so please include your pets on your inquire so they are included in your reservation so there's no miscommunication.
