Greetings! My name is Christy and I have a passion for short term rentals! I have hosted in Chicago, Indianapolis and Texas. I travel back and forth from California to Texas. When I'm away in CA, I rent out my home in Plano, TX. I love to meet people from all over the world and help them enjoy their visit to my favorite places.
Why they chose this property
Well established neighborhood with mature trees and plenty of sidewalks for evening walks. Walking distance to elementry school, shopping and public transportation. DART Bus stop walking distance from home. Grocery stores and other shopping .5 miles walk from home.
What makes this property unique
Warm and welcoming, this home was designed to feel like your own. Luscious backyard with a pool and turf for the hot Texas summers and a wood buring fireplace for the chilly winter evenings. The upstairs space can operate as a second primary suite with its own private entrance, living space, bathroom and closet. Enough room for the whole family!
