Our fully renovated home has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, perfect for a comfortable stay. Enjoy our heated* pool. Fire up the grill for a family BBQ, then relax in the outdoor room after a day at the beach. The cozy outdoor lighting set the mood for a relaxing wine night.

Guest Access:

You will receive access code to the smartlock 48 hours prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

And it's super convenient, close to shopping, dining, and cool spots for culture. It's basically the perfect spot for a calm and peaceful vacation just 15 minutes away from Clearwater Beach!

• POOL HEATER – Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Pool temperature depends on outdoor conditions such as air temperature, wind, rain, and season. While the heater significantly increases comfort, specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed, especially during cooler weather.

Please note:

During cold weather or overnight low temperatures, the heater may not be able to reach or maintain higher temperatures (such as 85°F).

Heating the pool can take several hours or even a full day, depending on weather conditions, wind, and initial water temperature.

Heater performance is weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed during colder days.

If the pool temperature is 20–25°F warmer than the outside temperature, the heater is working properly.
