not really what we expected

when we got to the property it was not really how it looked like in the pictures. the bathroom door doesnt lock but it was close to the mall and foods and restaurants which we enjoyed. we didn’t really mind how the house looked like since we would be out all day. overall it was decent.

N Flores- property in San Antonio

This property is located in a central zone of San Antonio which makes it easy to reach tourist sights and locations within minutes. The only downfall for me personally was the state of the house in forms of cleaning. Additionally, certain parts of the home looked like an unfinished remodeling job, for example some doors did not open or close correctly. If you book this place based on the hot tub, I recommend asking of it's state first because we couldn't get in due to its state.

Very spacious

Inside the home was very spacious however we did have a couple of hiccups. Instructions on how to get into the property and the back house to utilized the extra room was not given to us upon arrival. The parking was confusing just thankful the neighbors in the back did not complain. It was soiled towels underneath the sink. All in all this house served its purpose and we enjoyed ourselves for our six flags trip.

No Good

Starting off, confused on where to park. First night of arrival AC wasn’t working, luckily we were able to get it going ourselves after replacing batteries in thermostat the following day. I was hoping to get some kind of refund or a so sorry note from host, miserable night the first night. Don’t fall for the jacuzzi, is not as clean and also stains on the bedding sheets really, no good. Hopefully it was just our luck and people who decide to stay here won’t have to experience what we had too. No Good.

Once we arrived, we tried to follow the instructions sent via Vrbo for unlocking the house, lock boxes, and parking gate. I ended up calling the property owner, who mentioned the property hasn't been rented or the information updated in a while. The codes sent were incorrect. The wifi network that was sent, was incorrect. The house did not look as nice as the images posted; holes in walls, cracked floorboards, earwings in the bathroom, the doors were uneven when closing, the front door was so lose, the front gate was uneaven and had to be manipulated to close to protect our infant ans toddler, one of the front patio fence pillars was broken and became unplaced when our toddler was playing. We were so excited for the back yard; unfortunately the hot tub was green, there was a cheap (broken) sign about not sitting on the hot tub cover posted on 2 different color fake vines, the bag game was very cheap plastic, the overall space barely fit our truck and a small suv (idk how my husband even pulled it in and out of the tight space and slender driveway up from the road). He had to park it on the street for me when Ineeded to drive it later because there was no way I could've gottenit put safely. The only clock was on the microwave, and it was incorrect. The beds were SO hard and the rooms were so bright at night, all blinds were broken.Overall, the house looked like it was bought quickly to flip and rent. I hate to put the property on blast, but it was not what we were expecting.

We ask at checkin that any concerns be communicated immediately so that it can be taken care of. It is very apparent that these are false misrepresentations. All Concerns were addressed. Guest NEVER responded. Cameras were turned off and that is the Reason the internet wasn’t working. Internet information provided was the same information on the property guest book And what was provided on their Welcome message. It is evident by our 5star reviews that our property is meeting the needs of our guest.

MISREPRESENTATION OF SPACE

I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THAT IT WAS A VERY SMALL HOUSE WITH ONLY FOUR ROOMS AND TWO SMALL BATHROOMS. THE THIRD BEDROOM WAS LOCATED OUTSIDE IN THE BACKYARD. THERE IS NO GAME ROOM. IT IS A SMALL POOL TABLE IN THE LIVING ROOM. ONLY ONE TELEVISION WORKED AND THE INTERNET WAS DEPLORABLE. I COULDN'T FIND ANY WASH CLOTHES AND HAD TO GO OUT AND PURCHASE THEM. I CHOSE IT BECAUSE OF THE RATINGS, BUT IT IS TOTALLY DECEPTIVE. THERE WERE TWO SETS OF INSTRUCTIONS THAT WERE CONTRADICTORY. THE GARBAGE INSTRUCTIONS WEREN'T CLEAR. I ASSUMED IT HAD TO BE PLACED NEAR THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE MAIN HOUSE CONSISTS OF TWO BEDROOMS, A KITCHEN, AND LIVING ROOM. THERE IS NO WAY THIS SHOULD BE LISTED AS A PLACE FOR LARGE GROUPS. I HAD TO PUT MY GRANDSONS IN THE BACK YARD. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
