I understand the neighborhood can feel a little unfamiliar at first, but it’s actually a quiet area with long-time homeowners (I lived here for years myself). You’re also just 8 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and within 5–10 minutes of hundreds of restaurants and all the downtown attractions, which makes it a great balance of convenience and calm.
