Welcome to your luxurious vacation retreat! Our unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for gourmet chefs. Stay connected with three flat-screen smart TVs, high-speed cable internet, and a workspace desk for remote work. Enjoy comfort with a split AC system and ceiling fans throughout. The downstairs master bedroom offers a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and a private, spacious bathroom with a jet spa bathtub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, discover a secondary master bedroom with a king-size bed and a loft bedroom featuring a queen-size Murphy bed and balcony. Additional sleeping space is provided by the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer in-unit. Each bathroom is fully stocked with amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Experience luxury and relaxation surrounded by a serene oasis!

This property is professionally managed by 808 Maui Vacation Rentals, an associated division of Keller Williams Realty Maui - License RB-21851. Our on-island team will provide a complimentary basic starter set of home amenities like dish detergent and pods, laundry detergent, and paper kitchen towels, in addition to a bathroom starter kit containing a set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, soap massage bars and toilet paper. Please consider that our amenities are only starter kits and are not meant to last for the entire length of multi-day stays. Please consider shopping for your preferred amenities for an extended stay after you have settled in. We do provide beach chairs, beach towels, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers for your stay. We have a specific allocation of those beach items for each unit; additional beach items can be rented from nearby beach rental shops or delivery services. A roll-in bed can be reserved upon request for an additional surcharge. Our reservations hotline is available to all 808 Maui Vacation Rentals guests during our regular office hours and at nighttime to assist with late-evening check-ins upon request.

The condo was spotless and well stockedThere was a sparkling big pool goes that goes up to 9ft deep. Plenty of lounge chairs. Tennis & pickleball. Central bbq grills. Also, beach towels were supplied along l with beach chairs and a sma ll ice chest. The rooms were spacious. Master bath was beautiful.

The Koa Villa resort is a group of condos that met the needs of my husband and I as well as our two adult sons. Though it was the priciest place for our HAWAIIAN TRIP, it was well worth it (we had gone to the Big Island and finished on Maui). Spent a week here. Air conditioning in all rooms kept us comfortable, Full kitchen with pots and pans and dishes and utensils by which to cook. Two full baths with an extra 1/2 in the hall on first floor. Master had a big walk in closet and a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi spa tub. Also the condo had a washer and dryer which came in handy. Laundry soap pods were provided. There were beach towels, boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs located right outside our patio. If that wasn’t enough, there was a common area with BBQs to cook on, ping pong table, tennis courts, a foos ball table, a small jacuzzi and a gorgeous swimming pool. There was also an out door shower by the pool. The grounds were well kept and landscaped well. We had a corner unit so we abutted with only one other unit. And the location….close to Times, Foodland, many restaurants, swap meets, food trucks. Kalama Beach was nearby where we saw turtles feeding in the afternoon, About 20 minutes from the airport in Kahului. We were there when Hurricane Lala hit and we did experience a power outage. I texted management and they were quick in responding. In fact, communication was excellent and fast! Will definitely book again! Thank you so much!

Nice condo! More than enough space for family of 5! Perfect location! Close to the pool, parking lot and community game/grill area. We found shopping, beaches and food less than 10 min drive! Beds were comfy, A/C worked really well in all of the rooms. Nice master bathroom. Lots of board games, tennis rackets, boogie boards, coolers and cooler bag. Nice chairs and umbrella as well as beach towels! No cleaning required upon checkout!! Wonderful property management!!! Can’t wait to come back

We stayed for 7 days at this property. The condo was just perfect for our family. 2 adults 4 (adult) kids and 2 littles. Plenty of room for us to not be on top of each-other. Had a high chair and playpen which we utilized. Missing (and I feel was a necessity with stairs and offering items for a small child) was a baby gate, which we did purchase and left at the property for others to use. Plenty of bath/beach towels, kitchen supplies, beach gear and a little ice chest. Overall. The property was perfect! Comfy beds & pillows, AC blows cold in all rooms, swimming pool is really big and all the grounds are well maintained. Property Manager was quick to respond and very helpful when we had a question !! We will be back!!
