First impressions

Upon arrival, I guess I have higher standards than some. Needed to be cleaned up weeds and trash out front of property. Entrance of building is dirty and smells looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed all season.Grill is not clean even though it is supposed to be and propane was low no extra tank.inside,kitchen sink had food in it. The deck is full of sand looks lake it’s not swept all season. Filthy couches bring sheets to cover them if you want to sit down.
