Bedrooms

The master suite is on the main floor and overlooks the lake. It has a king-size bed, a private seating area, wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom with a large tub, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and two sinks. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms each with a queen-size bed and closets with hangers. Two of the bedrooms have views of the lake and one has a private patio accessible via a sliding door.

Bathrooms

The master bedroom has an ensuite full-size bath. A second full bathroom is on the ground floor with a large walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. There's a half-bath off the kitchen with a washer and dryer.

Living Spaces and Kitchen

The upper living room has ample seating, a workstation, and a fireplace separating it from the kitchen. It also provides views of the lake and dock from the large ceiling-to-floor windows. You also have access to the upper deck via a slider off the living room and kitchen.

A beautiful fireplace separates the living room from the kitchen. The kitchen on the upper level is large and has everything you need. It has an extra large kitchen island that's ideal for cooking or gathering.

The second living room is on the ground floor. It has an entertainment center, pool table, ping pong table, board games, and a large sectional couch. There's also a bar area with a microwave, sink, and mini fridge. A great place to entertain.

Outdoors

The outdoor furniture is well-appointed on the decks around the house to enjoy sunsets and a cookout. A large yard, a fire pit, and a grill make the house perfect for family or group gatherings. Also, the quiet, low-traffic neighborhood is great for walkers, runners, or bikers.

Boat Dock
The house is located on a bayou of Pentwater Lake with a no-wake zone to ensure a peaceful experience. With the private dock, it’s an ideal stop for cruisers to spend some time off the water and enjoy amenities such as a washer and dryer. The deep well dock has cleats and accommodates boats with a draft of up to 4.5 feet and lengths of up to 60 feet. A public boat launch is 1.5 miles away. Pentwater is also a popular stop for those navigating the Great Loop and as boat enthusiasts ourselves, we enjoy hosting cruisers.
