Our concierge-style management is highly focused on making sure that your experience is exceptional, from the moment you book to the time you depart. Guest satisfaction is our number one priority so you can spend your stay with us creating wonderful, lasting memories with family and friends.

If you’re like most of our guests, as you enter into the grand, two-story foyer of this newly constructed (2024), professional-decorated home, your reaction will be nothing short of pleasant surprise! We hear so often how the pictures don’t do our properties justice. You’ll find custom paneling and beautiful wood floors in the entry and throughout the home. As you walk past the grand staircase toward the main living area, a convenient powder room and separate laundry room can be found on either side of the hallway. Continue into the open concept living, dining and kitchen and you’ll notice things you don’t normally find in a rental property: quality kitchen cabinets, quartz counters, and upgraded appliances. The living area has a stunning two-story vaulted ceiling with large, architectural windows, gas fireplace and a Sonos in-ceiling sound system.

Just through the french doors is a private 12’ x 14’ back deck with a comfortable lounging area, high top dining table with seating for three, and a gas grill. The rear yard and garden spaces around the property are professionally landscaped, creating a tranquil space for morning coffee, afternoon appetizers, or just relaxing after a day at the beach. Plus, guests with children or dogs will have complete peace of mind to find the entire rear yard is fully fenced. Head back inside the way you came or through the second set of French doors on the rear deck, and you’ll find yourself in the first floor en-suite. This spacious room features a luxurious king bed, expansive walk-in closet, and an upgraded full bath with lavish walk-in shower.

In the front half of the second floor, you’ll discover two bedrooms. The first is a generous space with two full beds; the second, a "kids" bedroom with two twin beds. Both share an adjacent, well-appointed full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Toward the back of the second floor, you’ll be welcomed into an open concept lounging area with stylish furnishings, a 60-inch television, and in-ceiling Sonos sound system. This gives large or multiple families the ability to have plenty of space to spread out to come together or have some alone time. A beautiful second primary suite can be found off of this space, which has a king bed, double walk-in closets, and an ensuite bath with walk in shower.

We are dog friendly! $250/week for one dog, $500/week for two dogs.

Rates Oct to April 30 are for up to 7 guests. Each additional guest is $45 per night (except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years).

A few disclaimers we feel are important to share based on previous guest feedback …

Our Villas are a little different, with most homes requiring guests bring their own linens. That’s because in these small beach towns, there’s not enough cleaning crews to turnover the number of rental properties and have to do laundry. If you prefer NOT to bring your own linens, we are more than happy to refer you to some wonderful linen services who will deliver what you need directly to the property.

Luxury Villas By The Sea provides arriving guests with enough supplies to get through their first 24-48 hours before you hit the stores to pick up supplies for your stay. This includes a limited amount of paper products, trash bags and dishwasher detergent. We do provide some limited kitchen essentials, including oil, salt and pepper. In a post-Covid world, we’ve found many of our guests don’t find shared items like this, or toiletries, to be hygienic and prefer to bring or purchase their own. The exception is hand soap, which we provide in all kitchens and bathrooms.

Unlike with direct bookings, there is a 3% charge associated with accepting credit card payments through VRBO. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to add this charge through the VRBO system. As such, this fee is deducted from the security deposit return.
Guests are required to sign a lease to stay in this property.
