Beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom plus den with single bed. Bayfront vacation home in Dewey Beach, with stunning sunset views and direct access to a sandy beach and Rehoboth Bay. Enjoy the newly landscaped property and fresh sand on the beach, as well as easy access to fantastic shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. Family and couple friendly only, with 2 parking permits provided(May 15-Sept15). My property sleeps 7(additional sofa bed) adults comfortably, with 2 full bathrooms plus 1/2 bathroom and a screened porch overlooking the bay. Features include central A/C, new kitchen(2021) with stainless steel appliances, and private parking for 2 cars. Just a short walk to the ocean beach, playground near by, and numerous restaurants. The Jolly Trolley available for easy access to Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk. Smoke and pet-free property. Families, couples and mature adult groups welcome. Please NO high school or college groups rentals allowed. If this rule is not observed group will be evicted without refund. Available for 7-night rentals during peak summer season and 2-day stays in the off-season.FYI
New 4.5% tax added by the State of Delaware. Town of Dewey Beach tax added to cleaning fee per stay as instructed by VRBO. ***Please note there is no elevator. ***There are steps to the unit and steps inside leading to the main bedroom suite.

Weekend in Dewey Beach

This was a great place to stay in Dewey Beach. The screened in porch overlooking the bay was beautiful and comfortable. It was conveniently located and had two included parking spots. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location!!!

We had a great stay at this amazing home. Kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and we all enjoyed paddle boarding in the bay. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Lisa was a great host and extremely responsive. The place was just as described. We loved sitting in the screened in porch and enjoying sunsets over the bay!

Great spot

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The back porch is amazing with gorgeous sunset views of the bay. This unit has a steep flight of stairs to access so keep that in mind.

This property is immaculate. The sunsets are incredible from the screened in porch master bedroom or on the semi private beach . I truly had an amazing stay . We were also lucky enough to spot a humpback whale right off the beach ! We will definitely be back !

Great location, beautiful waterfront property

We enjoyed paddle boarding launching directly from the beach. The outdoor patio was where we spent most of our time with its beautiful views. Very comfortable beds and great amenities. 3 stars for cleanliness as it looked as if it was was not vacuumed or dusted very thoroughly. We didn’t report it as it was something we could live with.

Great Trip, Very comfortable

We had a great trip. We have a 2 year old so the stairs to the unit were a process. Overall, everything was as expected. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. The location was really nice and we were easily able to walk to the beach or restaurants. We would really enjoy returning here for sure.

This is our 3rd stay and hope to come back again. As noted, its a great location and close to restaurants and beaches. I also agree with the comment "There are a lot of steps, but with that comes a great view." This is not for mobility-limited folks. We were also out there last time during snow and cold, and the owner made sure there was sand, ice-melt, and brooms. I would love to be out there when it was warm enough to use the porch and beach, but even without those amenities, this has been a great place to stay

This property was centrally located and gad all the amenities we needed for a low key, battery recharging family veCh vacation. The property was as advertised. It was our first time traveling to the area and the host was super responsive and very helpful in the time leading up to our trip and super communicative when on location. Was a great homebase for exploring (mostly by foot) a great locale.

Great view but lots of stairs

The place was great. Right on the water with a screened porch to watch the beautiful sunsets. It is small as it’s a unit within a larger building. It’s on the second floor so lots of stairs to get to the unit. Then inside to get to the master bedroom there is a spiral staircase.

Awesome location and wonderful accommodations.

We spent a late September week here in 2017. The condo group has a private beach on Rehoboth Bay and the ocean beach is a short two block walk. Lisa has provided elegant and welcoming accommodations with many thoughtful touches that all add up to a satisfying vacation experience. We shared the space with our daughter and young grandsons who romped happily with the large assortment of toys provided and watched endless Octonaut episodes on tv. We had a great time and want to thank Lisa and give our resounding approval and recommendation to anyone considering a stay at Rehoboth Beach.

Bayside beach-house

Property was lovely. It was beautiful, clean, and well decorated. Right on the bay with a private beach and dock; a fence surrounded the property on 3 sides, which was very safe. Only a 2 block walk to the beach. Nice outdoor screened- in patio with sitting area and large dining table. Kitchen island was perfect for working. View from master bedroom was priceless. The property instructions provided all the information about the stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Covid Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay. The view and constant breeze was amazing. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening sunsets on the screened in porch. It was very quiet as most of the rentals around us were vacant. One thing I would mention is that due to Covid regs is there was only one blanket per bed. Which didn’t bother me but if you are a person that needs more bring more for yourself.

Right on the water! Clean, and Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay here. Traveled with a 1 1/2 year old, 11 and 13 year old boys. The location is perfect, walking distance to town, and also to pier with boat rentals, etc. The little beach and pier that the house is located on is clean, and scenic. The ocean beach is a quick walk, made easier if you bring a cart of some sort. Lisa's house is warm, and clean, and has all the amenities that you will need. The views from this house is absolutely beautiful and all the windows can be opened for fresh sea breezes. The enclosed porch is so essential for a "bug free" vacation. Overall, great house and location.

Awesome location, great for kids!

My wife, 3 young kids, and in laws only stayed a couple of nights but this condo was perfect! The little beach area is great for kids to play in and satisfies their desire to play in the sand for a while so parents can drink coffee and get everything ready for the full beach trip. Thankfully the ocean is only a short walk that our kids could easily do without complaining. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops, really no need to drive during the stay. The inside was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. We thought about going to a restaurant with a nice view but realized the view from the screened in porch of the sunset on the bay was better than any restaurant in the area so we grabbed takeout and enjoyed it at the house! We’ll likely try staying here again but for longer!

Relaxing and peaceful!

Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place to stay! From the time I walked through the gate, seeing the beautiful flower pots, I knew this was going to be great! We are first time visitors to the area and this “home away from home” did not disappoint us in any way. The view from the screened in porch was the best. We enjoyed morning coffee afternoon puzzles and the picnic table and evening games filled with laughter! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t even use the TVs! Everything we needed was in short walking distance. Lisa, the owner, was pretty quick to answer any questions we had. This is a very family friendly unit. Thank you And we hope to be staying here again sometime soon!

I have been visiting Dewey Beach in the summers for the past 55 years. I met my husband in Dewey. I have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. Our extended family spends several weeks in the summer at this family complex.

Why they chose this property

Property has been in my family for 45 years. It was rebuilt in 1982 then remodeled in 2014. The building was lifted in 2020 due to frequent bay flooding. New steps and boardwalks surrounding the property. We love all the water-sports and the life around the bay. I enjoy morning walks on the ocean beach and boardwalk in Rehoboth. Park your car and walk! no driving necessary!

What makes this property unique

Snug Harbor is a gated property including private parking for2 cars with 2 permits provided. Weekly and daily permits available to purchase for other cars. Note the signs posted on the streets. Centrally located within walking distance to all town has to offer. Home newly renovated, front screened porch, fantastic kitchen, den with single bed. Living room is a lovely family area with unobstructed views of Rehoboth Bay. The large master bedroom with ensuite bath provides beautiful views of the bay and fabulous sunsets.
