The first floor offers a king master suite, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 full/twin bedroom. The first floor also has a laundry room with washer/dryer and second refrigerator. The second floor has a huge living area with open kitchen/dining area. The second floor also has a king master suite, Florida room off the kitchen, and an upstairs widows loft. Both floors offer wrap-around porches with beautiful ocean views. This home is located 3 blocks from downtown Folly Beach, Folly Beach Pier and a short 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. This vacation home is large enough to accommodate large families with ample parking.

Great property in a great location. So close to the beach, comfortable bedrooms, wonderful living/dining space for large family gatherings & beautiful wraparound porches. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent communication with host. Outdoor furniture needs some attention. Otherwise super comfortable & fantastic place to host a family!

Very roomy, comfortable house with easy access to the beautiful beach. Beds were very comfortable. Loved spending time on the wrap around decks listening to the waves. The house was equipped with everything needed to cook and serve up large meals for family gatherings.

House was perfect for our family reunion on Folly Beach. Lots of space inside and out on the multiple decks. Elevator worked great but we only used when needed. Beach access is right across the street! Easy walk into town. If traveling by plane there are no beach towels or chairs available so I would recommend purchasing them before you get to Folly or shop around w the rental companies on island for best deal on renting them. We had a great trip and would definitely stay at this house again.

This large spacious home was perfect for our family reunion! The elevator helped make the living spaces on the second and third floors easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the commons area was full of light. We loved the wraparound porches with plenty of seating, and there was ample parking with two different parking areas. Kate was responsive to all of my questions, and the only times she wasn’t was because of a breakdown in the Vrbo system. It is good to be aware that the shared bathroom on the second level is very small, so might work best for children.

Location Location Location This house is great. With the beach access right across the street and a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Folly you literally could park your car and not get in it until it was time to go home. Speaking of parking there is plenty of it. The house was the perfect size for our family of 10. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix some fantastic dinners and a table big enough to seat all 10 of us which was great. You can see and hear the ocean from the top floor decks and sit on the second floor porches and hear and enjoy the ocean breezes. Kate was a great host.We feel so fortunate to have found this house and are already planning on booking it for next year!

Loved the location and the house! The house is right across from the beach access and convenient to walk a few blocks to the restaurants and shops. The layout provided plenty of room for our group, and the elevator was great for my handicapped mother who uses a walker. Lots of parking was a plus for our group. The house does need some upkeep/ re-investment: some porch furniture is falling apart, upstairs master mattress has sag towards the middle, kitchen drawers and cabinets dirty inside, etc. Overall though, it was a great house for our long weekend with family for C of C graduation!

Nice home, good location with the beach walkover right in front of the house. Kate was easy do deal with and quick to respond to a question. Not sure about a 500 damage deposit and having to buy insurance vs. a much larger deposit and no insurance.

House was great for a large group, loved the location across the street from the beach. Fun playground/park near by our grands enjoyed. Walk to everything in the heart of Folly Beach. Furniture comfortable. Host was very responsive and caring. Being a coffee lover would have liked some coffee for first morning given there are 2 coffee makers.

Welcoming and available host! We had a great stay and thankful for the location across the street from beach access and only two blocks from town. Would recommend kids cups/plates/kids and gate for stairs, but the three young ones had a blast!!
