The space was clean and well pointed with all of the amenities that one would need. It is perfect for two people. I’m not sure how six people, with one en suite bathroom, located on the first floor, would be able to make it work.

Loved the tree house feel of our room. The bed was super comfortable, the walk to the beach was quick, the pool was wonderful, and the unit was well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

A fantastic property! Very clean with a short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and a welcome way to wrap up busy afternoons. It is within a 5-10 minute walk from multiple dining options and a short car or cart ride to many others. We would absolutely book this property again.

What a gem! We loved this spacious and cute loft apartment. It’s 1 br but plenty of space for more people. Loft area is perfect space for kids, kitchen was equipped in everything we needed. Plenty of towels for the pool. We loved shed area with beach chairs, toys and floaties. Location is perfect too- very close to the beach and to shopping area with restaurants etc. but it’s a quiet residential area. Loved spending time in the pool and on the deck. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back. Thank you for having us

The Crows Nest was perfectly decorated, well cared for, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the beach locker, and left a few items for the next families! The 1.5 blocks to the beach was perfect. We also loved the pool. Definitely benefited from the W/D down stairs. Didn't want to leave after 13 nights!

The place was perfect! Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood to walk the dogs. The only downfall is that we didn’t realize that the dogs couldn’t be on the beach, which had nothing to do with Spinnaker resort. Had a great time would do again.

Just the two of us

Great property to spend the week. It was just the two of us so the property we rented fit us perfectly. The location is quiet, close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The onsite pool was very nice as well. We loved our stay and will be back again.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at the Crows Nest. Amazing home, and amazing location. This was our third visit to the island and all agreed this is the ideal location for access to everything. Everything in the home was as described and worked as expected. Great host. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Great little place in Holmes Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at the Crow's Nest. It is well laid out and well supplied. It was just my husband and I but loved that there were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for everyone staying at the property to use. The beach is super close and easy to access along with the island trolley. Such a cute little hideaway and we would definitely stay again!

Great property and location

My wife and ai spent a week at the property and we truly loved our experience. The property is steps away from a beautiful less crowded part of the beach and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The unit was comfortable, clean, and everything on the description was provided. We look forward to coming back soon.
