Bait and switch!

We got a completely different room than what I booked and never got to speak with the host even tho I called and emailed! The room we had was very nice but not direct oceanfront! We had a pool /ocean view. Was there when Debbie the hurricane was but was disappointed that the indoor pool and activities were shut down , I understand being prepared so when having to walk the three flights of stairs to access the beach I kept saying it’s worth it I guess but thankfully no flooding occurred , our trip was a bust , thankfully we did book shows in advance or we’d been completely let down. We did enjoy 2days of 5 at the pools and beach in the clouds and light rain . Probably won’t use vrbo again.
