This home was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone—easily accommodated our group of 40. The big kitchen was a huge plus and made cooking and gathering so easy. The host was wonderful—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make memories together!

Amazing stay in Winthrop!

We were in town for the Boston Marathon as a big family group and this house was PERFECT. Todd was an incredible host who went out of his way to accommodate us with little kids and was incredibly responsive. The house is a great combination of a beautiful old mansion with new finishes to make your stay comfortable. I can't recommend it enough and hope to stay again!

Unexpected

When we arrived the house wasn’t finished being picked up. We had to call the owner to come make beds and clean the kitchen. The day before arrival we got the rules of the house saying the kitchen was the common area to keep it clean for all the guest and quiet hour starts at 10pm. Since we took up the whole house we thought it would be ok that the kids ran around until midnight playing hide n seek and tag. The next morning while we were making breakfast the basement door opened and a man came in. He said he rents the apartment downstairs. We had no idea. We were under the impression we were the only people on the house. We were thrown back that the owner never said someone was in the basement! We did enjoy the big house, all the rooms were perfect size! The neighborhood was beautiful! A quick walk to the beach was fun!
