This beautiful studio is a 2nd-floor walk-up located in a Historical limestone house. Uniquely, this unit is 2 parts split across the shared entry hallway. One section is the bedroom/Living area and fully furnished kitchen, the other is the private, full bathroom. Both are accessed via a keypad lock. Quick 5-7 minute drive to Sample Gates and IU Memorial Stadium. Bloomington's B-line walking trail is one block away! The apartment is accessed through the lobby with a keypad entry door. The bathroom is across a shared hallway. Use the same code to unlock. The shower has low clearance in part of it. If you're about 6ft or taller, please be aware.

Clean place, although some of the hall way was being renovated. Host was excellent, very kind and friendly. The location was pretty good too being about a 8 minute walk to kirkwood. We also walked to memorial stadium, that was 40 minutes.

Cozy and clean - great location!

I was attending a conference at Monroe Convention Center which is just a block or two away. It was very convenient. My husband stayed with me and we were able to walk to nearby bars and restaurants. The space was exactly as described on the listing and the hosts were very communicative leading up to our check-in day. The room was clean as well. I liked the large TV in the unit we had. Highly recommend! Thanks Andrew and Amy.
