We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well equipped. Highlights were the comfortable beds, beautiful sunrises, master bath (WOW!!), the dock, and the deck. Lori was wonderful at responding to needs. We will absolutely stay again in the future.

A Time Was Had. Thank You For Your Kind Hospitality Andrew. The House Was Great. My Kids Enjoyed The Pool And My Husband and I Loved The Game Room. One Suggestion, If I May. Invest In Some Bed Toppers For A Better Nights Rest. Some of The Bedrooms Mattresses Was Hard. But, Adding a Topper Will Solve That Issue. Other Than That. We’ll Surely Rent Again. Kind Regards, China B.

Overall, we had a very good time. Traffic on I-4 was worse than I remember, but not the houses fault. The arcade was great for the kids, and adults.

Our family of 14 had a fantastic time on our vacation in FL. Everyone agreed the house was PERFECT for us. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. We were so busy we didn’t even have time to watch a full movie in the the movie theatre, but the theatre looked cool. We enjoyed the Oasis Club and Retreat Pools. It was nice that the Oasis Club was within walking distance of the house. The security in Champion's Gate was very strict with their rules, but it provided us a feeling of safety and security. Our host Andrew was AMAZING- he answered ALL of our questions promptly and was very helpful and accommodating. We’re grateful for the amazing vacation and wonderful memory:) % - we would come again!

Everything about our stay at Andrew’s place was great. Rooms were all clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were excellent, always clean and the perfect temperature. The sauna was an added bonus. Both kids and adults loved the game room and movie theatre room. There were 14 of us and there was more than enough space that you didn’t feel like you were constantly on top of each other. It’s a quick walk to the Oasis pool, and a quick drive to the retreat pools. Andrew was very responsive and helpful both pre booking and pre arrival. Also had some questions while there and he was quite helpful. Already looking to book this place for next year.

Best communication ever. Wonderful house, immaculately clean. Great location- only negative was “self catering” buy your own kitchen trash bags, extra toilet paper, paper towels….. If you use the kitchen to cook, bring your own spices…..

Great home. Very spacious and accommodating to our family needs. Very clean and organized. Provided towels and hand towels but no washcloths. Pool accessories were available along with pool towels which was nice. Pool wasn’t as warm as would like so couldn’t really enjoy the use of it, being our visit was in Nov. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware. Overall excellent home and stay

Fantastic Villa

Our stay was great! The villa is beautiful and spacious. The game room kept our kids happy for days. The pool and jacuzzi heat was always at the perfect temperature. Communication with the owner was easy, he made the check in process seamless. The Oasis Club house was an added bonus. The theatre room is just like being in at the movies. Highly recommend booking this villa.

Hi Sarah, thanks for providing feedback of your stay at the Flange Retreat (3951834). We’re glad you enjoyed the view and the included pool heat. Regarding the provided items, all essentials and supplies were disclosed prior to booking to ensure transparency. All the items you list in your review were provided at the commencement of your stay. As for the hot water in the kitchen, we wish you had reached out during your stay—our support team is always available to assist with any concerns (restoring hot water in the kitchen only required the pop valve resetting under the kitchen sink). We appreciate you staying with us and hope to host you again in the future! Thank you for choosing the Flange Retreat (3951834) with Vrbo

What a wonderful villa!I live in Australia, and my sister, nieces, nephews, and friends — along with their children — all travelled from the UK to meet in Florida. There were 20 of us in total, so I expected things to feel a little chaotic, but I was completely wrong. The house was incredibly spacious and catered for our group perfectly. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but they were resolved almost immediately by Andrew the host-I couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough — it was the perfect place for our family gathering.

Accommodating with some flaws

Game room was top notch. Definitely the best part of the house. Outside was dirty, which I had to clean. A tile was broken and one of the boys sliced his foot open leading to a trip to the ER. The development is nice. Great community area with a pool, slide and lazy river. House had a sauna which was pretty cool.

Hi Jay, thanks for taking the time to post a review of your stay at the Flange Retreat (3951834). We're glad you enjoyed the game room and community amenities. However, we’re sorry to hear about your concerns. The rear deck area does not have tile, and it was thoroughly cleared for cleanliness prior to your arrival. Additionally, we were not made aware of any issues during your stay (other than a loose toilet seat and roll holder), which would have allowed us to address them promptly. Guest safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we encourage all guests to report concerns immediately so we can assist. We appreciate your stay and hope to host you again for an improved experience. Thanks again for choosing the Flange Retreat (3951834) with Vrbo

We had an incredible stay. The home was spotless upon arrival and truly exceeded our expectations. The heated pool and sauna were big highlights for our group, and the game room provided plenty of entertainment throughout the trip. Each bedroom had comfortable beds, and no one had to share a room—which was a huge plus for us.The bathrooms and kitchen were modern, well-appointed, and felt thoughtfully designed. The overall amenities were far better than what we usually see in short-term rentals. The hosts provided dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, kitchen rags, towels, oven mitts, and a solid selection of plates, cookware, and utensils. The fridge had excellent capacity, and there was tons of pantry space for everything we bought. It's pretty surprising how much food a group of 14 can eat in 4 days!If our group size stays the same, we will absolutely be back. Honestly, if I owned this home myself, I can’t think of a single thing I’d change. Highly recommend!

Hi Michael. Thank you so much for your outstanding review! We’re thrilled to hear that the home exceeded your expectations and that your group enjoyed the heated pool, sauna, and game room—those are some of our favorite features as well. Hosting your group was a pleasure, and we’re delighted everything worked out so well for your stay. We’d be absolutely delighted to welcome you back the next time your group returns—thank you again for the high recommendation! Thanks for choosing the Flange Retreat with Vrbo
