Fantastic, newly remodeled and refurnished 2BR/2.5BA townhome, multi-level (stairs) 2nd & 3rd floor unit overlooking a canal. Entire condo recently re-painted, new blinds, new living room furniture including a new sleeper sofa couch. Newly Updated Kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. New Blue Ray DVD player/Flat Screen TV in living room! Dining room seats 6. Keurig Coffeemaker. Glass/Screen Enclosed Lanai off of the living room has all new furniture and is newly carpeted. Both bedrooms are upstairs, master bedroom has a brand new king bed with newly remodeled, large, walk-in shower. Open balcony off of the master bedroom overlooks a canal. Guest bedroom across the hall with 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed. Guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have new flat screen T.V's. WI-FI included. 2 Heated Pools, Private Tennis Court, Fitness Center, Clubhouse with Computer, Printer and Wi-Fi, Beach Attendant with complimentary use and set-up of beach loungers and umbrellas 7 days a week! Unit sleeps a maximum of no more than 6 people. Enjoy your vacation in one of the premier units at Midnight Cove!
