Clean, comfortable, cozy home in quiet, walkable neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Nice living room to watch sports. Small, great deck but it was too cold to enjoy it. Very easy trip into downtown and to the Lenovo Center. Well-equipped kitchen!

This was better than I could have imagined. I'm not super familiar with the VRBO app but I messaged the host, Andrew and he gave me his cell and allowed me to text him during my stay. That gave me confidence in a great visit. Aside from the AWESOME host, the amenities were great! I was impressed with toiletries, sheets, plenty of towels and toilet paper, kitchen supplies, ECT. You really could come with just clothes and food. The house was not far from gas, grocery, and shopping. The price was great! Thank you Andrew!

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I stayed here December 17 - 30, 2025. The location is in close proximity to my son’s home in Raleigh, which was tremendously helpful in spending time with the entire family. We spent most of our time at my son’s home, but each evening we came back to a very comfortable place to sleep. On Christmas Day, we prepared much of the food at the VRBO for our Christmas Dinner, which was extremely helpful. This VRBO was extremely nice and the owners were quick to respond when I had questions. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone needing accommodations in the area.

Cozy home base for visiting Raleigh

This condo in North Hills was in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. It was well equipped - kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, tv, and the host was quick to respond to questions and easy to communicate with. The view of the property was pleasant and helped us relax. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Trip!

We had such a great experience staying here. The host is communicative, but only when necessary. We left a personal item after checkout, and we were able to retrieve it right away no questions asked. The location is safe and quiet, and the home is very clean with large bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Graduation / Mother's day Weekend Stay.

We traveled from Western NC and rented this nice home for College Graduation weekend and a get together with family who flew in from UT. The home is in a Decent and quiet neighborhood. No Parking issues or noise disturbances. The home is Close to a Variety of Stores and eateries. The Inside was uncluttered, looked like the listing pictures. Plenty of TP available and extra touches such as Q-Tips and cotton make up remover pads. Lots of Cooking spices in the Kitchen if you want to cook. Plenty of space in the kitchen for multiple people to work on food prep at same time if you are cooking a meal. The Ceiling Fan in Primary Bedroom is powerful and does a great job of keeping room cool and comfortable. Simple and nicely decorated. Added bonus, Andrew was very kind and wished me a Happy Mothers Day.
