Chalet with private beach access & heated pool!

This charming chalet is in a gated community just 10 minutes south of St Joe and has a private beach, 2 pools (seasonal ), multiple sport courts, playgrounds, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, & a fishing pond. Some may never leave the chalets, but if you do you will step in to a buzzing restaurant/brewery/ and wine district.
If adventure is calling you then hiking, state parks, biking, kayaking, fishing, or skiing, you will find them all nearby!
You absolutely can not run out of things to do in this area.
Recently remodeled, the fireplace is cozy. The screened porch is ready for game night. The kitchen is equipped to stay in. The fun factor is up a level here. 101 is all the fun!!

The charm of this community keeps folks coming back year after year. Both bedrooms & a half bath are upstairs, note the stairs a bit steep.
The queen beds have Tempurpedic toppers on them, memory foam pillows, 800 thread count linens + darkening curtains. We value our sleep, I am sure you do too.
Each room has a set of bunk beds perfect for our smaller guests.
Smart TVs, strong wireless internet, super hot water with great pressure, charcoal grill, comfortable textiles, and ready for guests of all ages & interests.

101 does come equipped with pickelball set; volleyball, & bball + 2 beach chairs, sand buckets/toys, and more.

Must visit : St Joe where tourists can spend a day at their famous Silver Beach with an ice cream shop, browse the main street of boutiques, grab a ride on the carousal across from the beach, or play in the biggest splash pad I have ever seen!
3 minutes from the entrance of Grand Mere State Park and only 15 minutes from Warren Dunes. Go Outside!
Breweries, Wineries, Vineyards, Parks, Fantastic eats, Golf Courses, Fishing charters, Windsailing, Farmer's markets, Boutique shopping, Culinary classes... the list is endless for this area of southwest Michigan. However, we are making a dent in finding all the enjoyable things to do and we want to share them with you!
