Exactly what we needed

Needed a place to stay that was close to The Monument arena and this served us nicely. Within walking distance of downtown.

While the property manager was pleasant and responded to our needs, this is an older unit that requires much maintenance and repair. The photos are not accurate as to the condition of the unit now. Of concern, is the long concrete stairway leading to the entrance of the apartment. This is not fully reflected in the photos. It is a bit tricky in maneuvering. The beds were comfortable, the sofa was not. The property manager was contacted regarding many amenities that should be added and some that should be corrected. The location is close to the downtown area.

We enjoyed our stay in Rapid City … the unit was a great jump off spot to visit Custer Park, Mt. Rushmore, Badlands, Devil’s Tower and more. Unit was clean and comfortable. Hosts were easy to reach and check-in was simple as was check/out. Unit is within walking distance of downtown. We walked from there one morning to check out all the president statues downtown
