Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Jasmine Place could not have been better. Its location allowed us to enjoy the Key West Lighthouse (directly across the street), the Ernest Hemingway house (next door) and the vibrant Duval Street (just a short walk from the house). The house was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The staff at Preferred Properties Management were very courteous, attentive and helpful. They sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay. We would definitely choose Jasmine Place again.

This was a great location and a great space. The air conditioner in the living room would not stay on; therefore that room was warm. But all the other A/C units worked correctly. The pool was perfect to cool down in, but we had a lot of trouble unlocking the back kitchen door. We had to get to the pool through the bathroom door.

The check-in process was completely stress-free and the property manager graciously accommodated our arrival several hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. The management company was extremely easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described, was clean, and very comfortable. The location really couldn’t be better - a block away from everything on Duval. Would absolutely recommend this property.

The location was so peaceful, and the pool was wonderful. Being across from the lighthouse and next to the Hemingway House was perfect, it had a cool kind of retro vibe that was fun, but we were still within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants and shops.

Great Location!

Beautiful upgraded older home with all the amenities you could need. The pool area was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch with the historic lighthouse across the street. Great location for us too. We walked everywhere. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great Vacation Spot

The house was great for our celebration of a 50th birthday. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck by the pool and the front porches (ground level and 2nd level). The house was very clean. Great location, walkable to all of Duval's attractions or affordable Ubers.
