Sunset Suite-2 BR, sleeps 4, King and Queen, Spa!

Historic 1880`s Cigar Maker`s cottage completely renovated.

1 K and 1 Q BR’s, half bath upstairs between BR’s, 32” Smart TV`s, Full kitchen with granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances.

A newly remodeled bath with tumbled marbled tile, hairdryer. Also a totally private outdoor shower located in your private patio. All bath amenities provided, plus pool towels and daily housekeeping!



K and Q memory foam bedrooms upstairs (32` Smart TV) separated by half-bath, computer desk with USB ports and mirrors for make-up, full kitchen (granite counter tops) with dishwasher, convection microwave, refrigerator w/ice-maker, glass top stove, all cooking utensils provided. Breakfast bar with 4 swivel stools for eating inside or eat outside in your private courtyard. Private bathroom with large tumbled marble shower plus a private outside shower in your courtyard. LR with 46”Smart TV and Amazon Alexa upstairs and down. Private courtyard and 4 person spa. Daily housekeeping is also provided as well as pool towels!

Two heated pools, the Family Pool and The Adults Only pool across the street. Use of 2 W/D’s after housekeeping is finished at 5 pm. Topless optional sundeck right next to your unit.



You can access all common areas of the compound, outdoor shower, bathroom by pool, W/D’s after 5 pm, Weber BBQ grill, heated Family Pool and the Adult`s Only heated Pool across the street. Bicycle lockup at entrance to property.



Housekeepers and groundsman/maintenance are on the property daily from 9-5.



Quiet vacation rental neighborhood with moped/bicycle rental at corner. CVS, Subway and Doctor`s office are across Truman.



Walk, bike, moped, electric car. There is now a free shuttle around old town that runs every 15 minutes. The stop is just around the corner. No need for a car once we have you parked.



You have access to 2 heated swimming pools, your private spa, upstairs topless optional sun deck, gazebo with games. Complimentary Amazon Alexa, coffee, sugar and creamer is provided for your convenience. Use of 2 W/D`s after 5pm.

Please keep voices low around Family Pool as there is a guest next door. Pool closes at 10pm.

Great location and very nice amenities - Hosts could not have been more accommodating. Lots of dishware - CVS a stones throw away for convenience - super close to Duval, but very quiet. Excellent stay!

The condo was clean and the pool area was beautiful. The location was just far enough from Duval to be quiet but close enough to walk over quickly. We had a great time!

Perfect Location

The cottage was adorable and walking distance to everything. The outside sitting area and pool was fantastic and great for the family. The kitchen was the perfect size for cooking and making cocktails!

Weekend stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was some issues getting into room upon arrival but after a text to property manager we were able to get in. The staff worked so hard and were helpful. Location is very good.

Key West near Duval

Other than the low ceilings in the bedrooms and the steep stairs to the second floor, the resort overall was good. Pools were great. Extremely warm water.

Hurricane Vacation

We were evacuating from Milton and the comfort of the Sunset Suite was perfect for a family of 4. The stay was so relaxing we almost forgot why we were there. All my questions were answered immediately. The property and staff exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend this property for your Key West get away. Fun Getaway

Great cottage in a wonderful location. The house was stocked well with whatever we needed. We loved that golf cart rentals were nearby and plenty of restaurants as well. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat! We brought our little dog and she loved it as well. Everyone was so friendly. We will return! Thank you!

A Night in Key West

Very nice little cottage but way overpriced after all the extra charges and taxes; almost double the going rate. VRBO never sent check in procedures so we had to get that from the owner.

Only 1/2 block off world famous Duval Street which has all the restaurants, bars, music venues, museums, nightlife available for your enjoyment.

What makes this property unique

My properties are historic, dating from the 1880's. Restored Cigar Maker cottages which were close to the cigar factory, which is now the County Health Department on Simonton St.
