Best location on Coronado Island

This home is really special. The location makes it easy for a group to divide and conquer in all directions, and it's all walkable or a short Uber ride away. It is central to the beach, the golf course, bike rentals, shopping, grocery, and restaurants. But more importantly, at the property there is such an attention to detail that it is the perfect balance of luxury and California comfort. It is so easy to use the space as if it's your own. Kim's decorating is impeccable, but not so fussy that you can't enjoy it - both inside and out. She is so generous with access to everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the kitchen is stocked and ready for use. We loved every moment! Thanks Kim!!!

Terrific house and great location

House is beautifully furnished and much bigger than it appears from the exterior photos. We spent a weekend with 12 (3 generations) and everyone enjoyed it. Great location as you can walk to the beach and into town. Highly recommend.

Elegant & Peaceful Beauty

What an amazing experience we had staying at this Coronado Coastal Home!! We had family and friends from as far as DC, Ohio and Florida arrive and have an absolutely comfortable and elegant stay. Plenty of bedrooms, super comfy beds and well appointed bathrooms. The amenities were plentiful and didn't need for anything. The artwork and decor was a pleasure to be surrounded by while giving everyone plenty of space. My favorite part of the home was the backyard and how close it was to walk to the beach, Hotel Del and favs like the Clayton's for breakfast and Coronado shopping.

A beautiful property, perfect for large families, and a great location on the island.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this home. The home is stunning, and within walking distance to the beach and Orange St. Kim was fantastic to work with, and very accommodating. I hope we'll have the opportunity to spend time here again in the future.

Dream home! No better place to take in Coronado!

This home was exactly what I thought it would be! A block off Coronado Beach and just a short walk (1/4 of a mile) from Orange Ave., it couldn't have been more well located. We walked to Starbucks every morning and enjoyed the perfect neighborhood. Everything you need for your stay is there with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful fire pit sitting area and plenty of bedrooms that are beautifully appointed. We stayed here for a week before my daughters wedding and it gave us the perfect place to relax and be together. Kim was great! Responded quickly to questions although its so turnkey there was not much to ask. Highly reccomend! Didn't want to leave!

Perfect Coronado House for Large Family or Group

This beautiful home looks like a designer show house. It's clean and comfortable and well equipped with pretty much everything you'll need. We had three generations of family (11 people) staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. (One of the beds was a bit cosy for two people, but otherwise it was ideal!) The house is located on one of the loveliest streets on the island and is very conveniently located. You can walk pretty much everywhere. We have rented on Coronado before and we particularly loved this house and location--would definitely return. It's kid-friendly AND a sanctuary for adults. Kim was great.

Beautiful, roomy home close to the beach!!

We had a family reunion in Coronado Island and rented Kim's house. It was a perfect house for our large group- 4 generations present!! The bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy and the several different sitting areas throughout the house allowed for ample space for everyone. We also really enjoyed sitting outside around the backyard fire pit in the evenings!! The house is a short 1 1/2 block walk to the beach and easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops on Orange Ave. This is a great house, ....we would rent again when we return to Coronado Island!! Kim was very responsive on email and easy to work with which made renting her house a piece of cake!

Ultimate relaxation

We have been vacationing and renting homes in Coronado for over 10 consecutive years now. We've stayed in the Del Beach village and several other homes on the island. This home was our favorite stay of all time-for many reasons. First, it's close to the beach. We were able to be in the sand in less than 10 minutes by foot. Second-while it's close to the beach-being a block and a half away meant it was quiet-and the off street parking meant you never had to worry about parking your car if you decided to drive somewhere. Third-we were close to the village-less than 15 minutes by foot. Fourth-the house was immaculate and well maintained. It also felt like home as Kim (owner) has wonderful decorating skills-and everything is warm and welcoming. Fifth-the backyard area, complete with running water in a lovely fountain-provides yet another part of the home that provided incredible relaxation and privacy. Lastly, Kim-the owner was responsive and quick to respond to all requests. My family and I will definitely seek to stay here again in the future and I strongly recommend you do as well.

Let's Go to the Beach

We were looking for a house to spend 3-4 nights with our two grown children and grandchildren, near the beach and found Kim's house in Coronado Village. While the weather was not very cooperative, we enjoyed our visit immensely with a pretend ice cream shop in the back yard, swing in the front yard and frequent trips to nearby Orange St, parks and the beach. It couldn't be more centrally situated. It truly is well appointed and Kim was so helpful with ideas to entertain the kids. The kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for a terrific time, Kim.

Beautiful home, ideal location

Our family came from around the country to share christmas here. it was important to us to have a location near the ocean and a home that could accommodate 11. This home was perfect. The house is very beautiful, with wonderful furnishings and decorations. Fantastic kitchen with high-end fixtures opens to a casual dining room and a family room. A more formal dining room is near. One bedroom downstairs and four upstairs, all of which were well-appointed. lovely backyard with seating for about ten around a gas fire pit. The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet, with many bike riders, walkers, and runners. The home is within a block and a half of the beach and about a half mile from the Del Coronado Hotel and the main shopping area on Orange Avenue. The owner left an instruction book which was well written and clear, and was very responsive to any questions that came up during our stay. I recommend this home, and would stay again.

Family Week in Coronado

Our week in Coronado as an extended family was wonderful. The home is outstanding; beautifully furnished with lots of room for three generations of adults and children. We loved being close to the beach and having easy access to the zoo, Sea World, the USS Midway. Old Town, etc. Kim was very helpful and always available when needed, which wasn't often. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

Great Week On Coronado Island

A group of 3 1/2 couples spent a week at this beautiful home on Coronado Island. The house exceeded our expectations providing convenience of location and great amenities. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, only a couple of blocks away, where we would walk on a daily basis. The house had plenty of room where we could all get together and yet adequate privacy when wanting some alone time. This was our first trip to Coronado and we would definitely stay in this house again.

Awesome house and location!

My mom, siblings and I rented this home for several days recently as we do once a year in various places. Since I live in San Diego, I suggested Coronado since it's such a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing place to be. The house was roomy, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It's a block and a half walk to the beach and located in a great neighborhood that was perfect for bike riding or just strolling around. It was very quiet and relaxing there (almost so that we really didn't want to leave the house). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we need to cook and prepare meals. The owner, Kim, was great and was available for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to spend with family or close friends!

Perfect rental for large family

I looked for a long time to find the perfect house for our family of 8 adults and 2 children to rent for our daughter's wedding in August. This was a perfect place for us and had plenty of room for entertaining other family members. It was close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very helpful. Family fun

It was wonderful. Our entire family had a fantastic time. The home is beautiful, inviting and ended up perfect for our family. The kitchen was equipped with everything so it allowed us to feed the little ones meals at home versus going out. Kim was kind, responsive and very helpful prior to and after our weekend.

Friends & their families trip

We stayed at the house over Memorial Weekend and couldn't have enjoyed it any more than we did. We were 3 families, each with 2 small children, and there was plenty of space for all of us in the house. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach and maybe a mile (15 minute walk) to the Hotel Del Coronado. Loved, LOVED, this house and plan to stay there again!

Like many people we fell in love with Coronado the first time we vacationed here. Originally from Arizona we enjoyed the coastal weather, small friendly community, and outdoor life.

What makes this property unique

The community is small and easy to get around just by walking or on bicycles. The location of the home is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and there is ample parking on our street in addition to our driveway.
