French doors open to the patio area and tranquil fountain. The entertaining area extends to a separate living and dining room, seating 8. The downstairs also includes a guest bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom and office area with a private entrance. Upstairs, enjoy an oversized primary bedroom (king bed) with fireplace and balcony. The luxurious primary bathroom includes marble flooring, freestanding bathtub and large shower. Additionally, the upstairs includes 3 bedrooms (2 kings and 1 queen), 2 full bathrooms, laundry room and 2nd family room with a sectional sofa. This comfortable and airy home will make your Coronado experience unforgettable! Weekly cleanings included in the pricing. Please indicate if you will be bringing a pet.

Why they chose this property

Like many people we fell in love with Coronado the first time we vacationed here. Originally from Arizona we enjoyed the coastal weather, small friendly community, and outdoor life.

What makes this property unique

The community is small and easy to get around just by walking or on bicycles. The location of the home is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and there is ample parking on our street in addition to our driveway.
