This beautful Spanish style home is perfectly located within walking/biking distance of the beach, The Hotel Del Coronado, shopping, restaurants, golf, tennis, and boating. You will enjoy outdoor living spaces complete with seating, fireplace, and bbq. There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds each with full bathrooms and large closets. You will enjoy two indoor fireplaces on chilly nights and air conditioning on the warmer days. Full updated kitchen, new furnishings and electronics. One enclosed garage, one covered carport and plenty of on-street parking. Minimum Stay 26 Nights

Great Stay

We stayed for a month. The location is perfect. Quick ride or short walk to Orange Ave, the golf course and beach. The owners are beyond kind and extremely responsive in answering any questions you might have or issues that might arise. Great floor plan and layout for a family.
