Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very clean updated amenities, the bed in the master could use a topper or replaced but other than that this condo has all you need! It’s very centrally located and super easy access to the beach! Go eat at Marina Cafe, Dewy Destin, Louisiana Lagniappe, Harbor Docks all great food and atmosphere! We will definitely be back! The office was also very nice when I would call with any concerns or questions!! Very helpful.

Beautiful spring break trip

First time ever coming to Destiny and if I could give a 10 out of 5 I would. Unit was perfect view was amazing and location was exactly what we needed, walked to everything never got in our car once. Staff was helpful. Chair service was amazing. Not a single bad thing I could say! We will be back

Wonderful Condo

We had such a wonderful stay. Our condo was VERY nice! We went with several other families and our condo was the most up to date and had the nicest decor and furniture. The kitchen is stocked. The owners are very nice and very quick to respond to questions. The pool was always clean. This condo is conveniently located close to the elevator which is great because we had kids and a lot of things to carry. This condo is by lots of great places: waterpark, food, grocery store, family clinic (if you happen to need one!), beach, and mall! Everyone was so helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon! Thank you!!

Great wrrkemdy

The location and property are great. Check in was stressful as check in was at four and the paperwork says you will receive check in codes two days in advance (even though they won’t be active til 4 on day of check in). One hour before check in and we still had heard nothing and had no way of contacting anyone except through the app. The codes were finally sent a few minutes after four. As mentioned in other posts the towel rod in the guest bath and the TP rod in the master bath need to be fixed. Overall I would stay there again. It was just a stressful check in process based on what the paperwork told us.

Too many disappointing issues.

We spent FOUR hoursin the parking lot waiting for VRBO to reach the manager for our entry code...no apology. I read that another couple had a similar experience. The sofas, rug and dining chair covers were soiled. The comforter and shams in master bedroom appeared to have been washed many times or just needed replacement to freshen the room, though I have been told they were new in April. Toaster was broken and the pole in lazy susan was loose. Plastic shower curtain for 2nd bedroom was so ful of soap and mildew that I washed it...too many issues to give this a great rating. I sent several messages to the managers, Barry and Sherry and they never responded directly to us. We have rented via VRBO and never had such a negative experience, and we stayed for 3 weeks. I believe has new managers, now. We have rented via VRBO for years and never had such an experience.

Continued problems with master bath toilet being stopped up. Carpet in bedrooms are very dirty-need cleaning or replaced. Only 2 bath towels in each bathroom. Second bedroom bedding has red blood stains. Balcony furniture was dirty as well as balcony railing and plexiglass and balcony floor. I requested it be cleaned during our stay and it was ignored. Fitted sheets on both beds were old and elastic stretched so badly that the sheets would not stay on the mattresses. Management/Owner needs to step up. I have stayed in other Sterling Sands units managed by the owner with completely different results.

Beautiful ocean view

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view was amazing!! The condo was clean and spacious. I loved having beach toys, chairs and the wagon available without us having to pack them and bring them to beach. I was also pleased with having beach service, that was very nice. We would usually rent chairs and an umbrella but with this unit it was included. Thank you fir sharing your beautiful condo with us!!

The owner and unit was fabulous! We would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean and stocked. Views are priceless. The only negative would be that we never received any check in information from VRBO. We had to bother the owner to get information.

Great stay!

Our family stayed here for fall break and it was wonderful! Great location right on the beach, and very close to other activities when a little cold front came through. Property managers provided all info upfront in a very clear manner which made check-in a breeze. Everything was as-advertised and we didn’t have a single complaint. We would definitely stay here again!

Closet full of beach items!

Having an entire closet full of any beach items you need was key for this trip! So many boogie boards, chairs, toys, noodles, etc! Overall the condo was a perfect location and beautiful. There were a few items that were broken/not repaired correctly (toilet paper holder falling off the wall, sliding door with a hole in it) - but besides that a great stay.

Great location, beautiful views. This is a super cute and spacious rental. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The beach view from the balcony was gorgeous. I would highly recommend. Price range was perfect and the quality of the entire stay exceeded our expectations. I hope to come back soon. (Bring paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags as we ran out quickly.)

Great location adequate beach condo.

It probably needs a good deep cleaning the towel bar was off of the guest bathroom wall and under the sink. Light bulb out in Kitchen ceiling. Deck sliding glass doors need repainted, missing screen door for living room. Toilet paper holder in master bathroom almost to fall off the wall. Club chair in living room has no bottom spring support. Tile floors were sticky to our shoes upon arrival. But we had a nice time at the beach great location nice pool wonderful beach all was good.
