Right on the on the widest canal on Key Colony Beach and the desirable 7th street, this home is the perfect paradise for your Florida keys vacation!

You will be across the street from Key Colony Beach Golf, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playground, and recreational area.
This canal-front half duplex offers you great views, a private boat dock that fits up to a 50ft boat, covered deck, patio, and boardwalk, right in your backyard!

When you step inside, you will find a welcoming and spacious open concept living area which has a cable-equipped TV with streaming options and access to the covered deck. The deck offers a table, chairs, and spectacular views of the canal. It is my favorite place to enjoy my morning coffee or tea! You will also be able soak up the Florida sun on the patio lounge chairs while overlooking the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, coffee machines, tea kettle, great storage, and much more!

In the very spacious and serene main bedroom, you will find a comfortable king size bed with plush linens, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has an open concept and two comfortable twin size beds.

The home is conveniently located in Key Colony Beach (KCB), known as the Gem of the Florida Keys! This beautiful destination offers you a laidback atmosphere, small beach town vibes, beautiful waters, and a diverse marine life. With easy access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, the home is perfect for boating, fishing, and those who love the water.

It’s great location in the middle of the keys and along mile marker 53.5 on Overseas Highway, puts you in close proximity to Marathon and Key Largo. Key West is only 53 miles away. You will easily be able to explore the nearby keys and the gorgeous drive over the 7 mile bridge. This home offers the perfect location for a laid back, peaceful, relaxing, and fun vacation!

The cabana club membership is included with your booking and will give you exclusive access to a private club which is not open to the public. It offers a shared temperature controlled pool which is open year-round, hot tub, beach, restaurant, full bar, snack bar, beach shop, and showering facilities. With daily drink specials, it’s a popular spot to enjoy a cocktail by the pool or beach.

THINGS TO KNOW:
There is a seven-night minimum stay per city regulations.
No smoking inside is allowed.
No pets allowed
There is free parking available for 2 vehicles right in front of the house.
This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter.
There is a Ring spotlight camera on the exterior side of the house which overlooks the side area and records video and audio.
There is a Ring spotlight camera on the exterior back of the house which overlooks the dock area and records video and audio.
Both cameras are on the exterior of the house.
You must be at least 21 years or older to rent this property.

You may keep one boat, up to 50ft, docked at the house. You may keep one boat trailer parked on the property. However, the trailer must be 20ft from the center line of the road. For a fee, Key Colony Beach offers temporary parking for boat trailers and it is just around the corner. Please let me know if you will be bringing a boat and/or boat trailer and I will send you detailed information about dockage and boat trailer parking.
