The overall feeling when we walked in the door...Clean, Comfy, and Cozy...Quiet neighborhood, Nice BIG backyard with a firepit...GREAT place for a family with kids...We loved our time here just wish we could have stayed longer.
Very nice, updated house. Nicely furnished. We loved the back porch and spent a lot of time there - ceiling fans, comfortable furniture, Bluetooth speakers, screened in porch. Another thing I appreciated was that it was well supplied: paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked great. We enjoyed the lake access. We put our boat in at Juniper Cove Marina and we just pulled it up on the shore and walked up to the house for lunch.
The only negatives are the extra small showers (no tubs - just 2 showers) and if you plan to park a boat trailer, it is a very tight access. The 4 kayaks were cracked and we were unable to use them, but the owner said they would try to get them repaired. If that is important to you, please check with owner to see if they are usable. Also, please note that there is another small house on the property that may also be rented out during your stay. We had neighbors during our stay. You will share the fire pit, kayaks, backyard and lake access with them.
