I am from the Pacific Northwest and live near Mt Rainier. I purchased this condo because I love to escape the Seattle rain and go to the desert. I fell in love with Palm Desert while on a business trip and this has become a second home to me. There is so much beauty and endless ways to enjoy yourself! While this property may seem new on VRBO, I am not new to renting. I have been doing mid-term rentals for traveling professionals for 6 years!
Why they chose this property
I chose Palm Desert because of the quieter vibe and endless activities. This condo is minutes from the Acrisure Arena, the Living Desert Zoo, Cochella, Indian Wells Tennis garden and more!
What makes this property unique
I have been told by many renters that this condo is very comfortable and has all of the amenities of home, especially in the kitchen. This is because this is a second home to me, so I am often there between renters to make sure everything is dialed in! The pool is right off the back deck, but there are 20 pools in the neighborhood to choose from! (Various sizes and views.) Many guests enjoy the access to the gym and pickleball courts.
