A 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse available for daily or monthly rental. The townhouse comes with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable in Myrtle Beach.
The place is a block away from the beach and comes with two parking spot right in front of the house. No Parties

Age restrictions : 21 year old, See House Rules

The rate is for 4 guests. After that extra charge applies. If you book for four guests and more guests show up, an extra administrative fee per day will be applied. 5 adults sleep comfortable on the beds. For remaining guests, both the couches in the living room can be converted into beds.

Kitchen comes with all the pots, pans and utensils. It has brand new fridge, electric stove and dish washer.

There is a sitting area in the front with an ocean view. The place is perfect for a family or a couple. It is 7 minutes drive from the Myrtle Beach airport, 3 minutes from Walmart and 10 minutes from market commons.

Pets under the weight of 30 LBS can be considered.
