Hawaii get-away 2024

We have stayed at Wyndham Bali-Hai before and liked it a lot. The 2 bedroom worked out great for wife son, DIL and 2 granddaughters, we had a fabulous time. Special thanks to 2 folks working at the facility, Zoa at the concierge desk and Rolland in maintenance, they made us feel very special everytime we crossed paths. We will definitely stay there again!!

The pools were nice. The room was just as described. The baseboards and drawers were dirty. The only issue was that the description indicated AC. When we got to the property the AC was extra or you had listen to the timeshare pitch. Everyone was nice but the pitch lasted longer than hour they said it would.

Beautiful resort with a luxurious feel, gorgeous landscaping, ponds, waterfalls and a lovely pool. We stayed as a family with teenagers, and they loved all the amenities: ping-pong, pool table, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, bike rentals and more. The gym is large and very well equipped.Our condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and fairly modern. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We also appreciated the BBQs and the cooler provided for packing lunches. The wristband keys are very convenient.Our ground-floor unit was right beside the pool, which was perfect with kids, yet surprisingly quiet, especially after sunset. We didn't need AC; open windows and ceiling fans kept the condo comfortable.A few updates and some deeper cleaning in less visible areas would freshen up the unit. The main downside is the poor soundproofing between floors. You can clearly hear people walking upstairs, which can get annoying. In fact, the famous Kauai roosters bothered us less than the footsteps!Excellent location for exploring the North Shore, close to beautiful beaches, walking distance to Queen's Bath, and very near the well-organized Haena State Park shuttle stop.Overall, we were very satisfied and would absolutely stay here again.

Well. The wall next to the door was in poop prints. I think it was not visible for a cleaning lady, but still. The door was almost transparent. I can see siluet through the door. Some construction stuff for covering the building for termites was left the day before we were leaving next to our front door, right on my birthday and I just wanted to take pictures, but didnt do it. In general its really short of kitchen appliances vs home. So, swimming pools were good and view and etc.
