The condominium was spotless and the communication from Anthony was always timely. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Princeville. The grounds were well kept, pool is in excellent condition, and the location of this unit is quiet. The covered lanai was a plus that we used each morning for breakfast. 5 out of 5 stars for this property!!

Perfect getaway on the North Shore!

Spacious, clean condo with a nice lanai and all the kitchen amenities you need. The pool and BBQ were great to come back to after a long day at the beach and exploring. Great location in the middle of Princeville. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean property. Place had everything we needed to have a good time and kitchen was fully stocked. AC worked great for when we didn’t go out. Close to the pool and jacuzzi. Getting there is a little tricky, but host gave great directions.

Wonderful Kauai vacation!

The property was absolutely wonderful and even better than the pictures showed. Very clean, comfortable and great location. It was also steps away from the pool and hot tub which was a great way to relax at the end of a day of activities. Would stay again!

Amazing place- don’t waste time deciding- this is it

Great location, clean, comfortable beds, well stocked with recreational Items, spices for cooking. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with friends.
