Quite and Amazing Experience
Anthony was extremely responsive and inviting. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed the wood burning stove and cabin feel. Thanks again, Anthony!
This is the perfect place to stay to get up to Bear Valley for skiing and the sno-parks for sledding. The house was clean and cozy, plenty of firewood, well-stocked kitchen including a Kuerig and plenty of pods, and a nice TV for watching movies after playing outside all day.
Our 2 families enjoyed this cozy, well appointed spot. Very nice, safe neighborhood right off main highway with close general store/gas and other amenities. Kitchen had all the basics for cooking our meals at home. 5 queen beds and 3 separate bedrooms + loft allowed our two families the privacy we needed. Very easy to communicate with property manager and very responsive. Icey/snowy roads easy to navigate w/AWD & 4x4 and kept clear throughout our stay.
Our stay was both cozy and clean, meeting the expectations set by the advertisement. On our first night, we encountered difficulties with the Nest thermostat downstairs due to unfamiliarity, but Anthony promptly assisted us in resolving the issue, for which we are grateful!
The kitchen was well equipped and organized with cooking utensils.
We rate the location and neighborhood at 4 stars because the cabin was challenging to navigate to in the dark upon our late Friday arrival.
Overall, our experience was excellent, and we highly recommend it.
We had a group that included 3 children under the age of three. It takes a lot of planning! The host was really awesome and helped us prepare for the trip - even adjusting our check-in time so we could let the babies nap! House is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Such a great experience! Would absolutely recommend this cabin for your next trip.
The cabin is spacious and I love the decor!! It was cozy and peaceful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out the cabin has a whole house generator which was needed when the power unexpectedly went out in the area for hours. We were able to continue cooking and enjoying our stay. Nice deck with a grill and beautiful scenery! Can’t wait to stay there again.
This is a great cabin! It was warm and welcoming from the moment we pulled up. Perfect for our extended family weekend. Room for everyone and the girls loved the loft area. The adults loved the albums, a blast from our past! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Ted for all your help.

About the host
Hosted by Anthony Scachetti
We're a younger couple who recently started a family and found ourselves dreaming of a cozy escape where we could slow down and soak in the beauty of nature. That dream led us to this cabin--a peaceful retreat where we can enjoy the fresh mountain air, create lasting memories and spend quality time together in the great outdoors. We hope it brings you as much joy, comfort and connection as it brings to our family.
