Sleeps 5. Gorgeous Custom-built kitchen features cabinets with glass and lighting cabinets, stunning granite countertops, glass top stove with a stylish lighted vent hood. Open and bright, lots of windows bringing in the easterly sun. There are two outside areas. One is in the tiled entry with a table and chairs perfect for morning coffee and reading. And one is in the rear of the villa - tiled screened lanai in a picturesque setting with palm trees. Desirable South Sarasota Location. Two tennis courts (one with lights and one is also a pickleball court, putting green, shuffleboard, library and pool table inside the clubhouse. Nearby is the Legacy Trail, multiple Beaches within a 10 to 20 min drive including Award Winning Siesta Key Beach, Nokomis and Venice Beach. Circling the neighborhood is a private road perfect for walking and bird watching by the two scenic ponds.
