This is a feel good perfect spot for friends and families who want to be close enough to enjoy the beauty and fun of DT Charleston or take a trip to one of the local beaches. Enjoy a glass of wine outside, or have some family fun n the game area. Whether you are staying in or going out, fun awaits!

Rental Agreement will contain house rules- this must be signed and returned the day of booking. No exceptions.
Security Deposit: $250- returned as soon as the property is checked after departure as long as the property is in the same condition as when you arrive. :-)

Sweet retreat

Cute, comfy home. Location is convenient to a lot of the sights. The home was very clean. And beds were very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend!

Very clean house and nice. The owners seem to do a great job with their property. The part of town the house is in was OK. Seemed like a poverty-stricken area part but the house and the street it was on was quiet.

Dangerous Location! Family did not stay due to safety concerns

We booked this property for a weekend away for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. From the outside, this property looks nothing like the photos pictured on the website. Our family pulled in at 11 pm for our first night of stay and were fearful to get out of the vehicle based on the location and people out in the street drinking and yelling. The shrubs were grown up around the property and the surrounding homes were very poorly maintained. A quick call to local law enforcement reinforced our feelings of fear in which we were advised that the location was not safe for a traveling family. We elected to book a hotel and never went back for the weekend. A quick google search of this address will confirm this location as one with the highest crime rates in SC.
