This three bedroom Scottsdale home is located only two miles from Old Town Scottsdale’s shopping, restaurants, and bars. Whether its cooking a meal in the spacious kitchen, relaxing by the heated pool, hot tub, play ping pong or sipping on cocktails before a night out, you’ll find your ideal experience here.Pool heater available for an additional fee. Three Bedrooms. Two of the BR’s have queen beds with memory foam mattress. Third BR has two double beds with memory foam mattress. Pool heated upon request for a fee. The property does have a heated pool - A heated pool is not like a hot tub and will range from 82-85 degrees. If you'd like to heat the pool to 82 degrees it will be an additional cost the options are below. 1. $100 to heat the pool for 1 day only 2. $75 per day to heat for 2 days 3. $60 per day to heat for 3 days or or more The expense associated with heating the pool for a single day is higher due to the increased consumption of gas required to raise the temperature of the initial substantial water volume. If this sounds like something your interested in then please let me know at least 24 hours before the day you want the pool heated to allow enough time for the pool to heat to the proper temp.
