A bit suspect from the outside but inside was nice and clean and plenty good for 4 friends going to a Dallas Game and needing a place to stay for a couple of nights, reasonably priced.

This was a lot of house for the price! Very clean and nice on the inside. Seven of us shared this house for a local wedding and it was in the perfect location to and from events. Owners very responsive when we had a request for some extras!

Property in a quiet area but still had easy access to Denton Square, freeways and trunk roads. Cleanliness was great and the hosts responded quickly with some bedding and towel needs.

There were 5 of us, and we enjoyed Gary's spacious home away from home! Great location, as we were able to get to all locations we needed to in about 10 minutes. It was very clean, and Gary was very attentive to our needs. We did fix a few meals in and had everything we needed. He accommodated us bringing a pet, which is why we choose his home. A mall is close by, and we were close to Texas Women's University where we were attending a volleyball tournament.
