About this property

Relax or be active! The choice is yours in this pet-friendly family home.

Whether you're looking for a place to relax, a place to play, or simply a place to rest your head, this is it. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located at the end of a dead end road in the picturesque Northwest Connecticut town of Norfolk. This simple Victorian era home has been updated with all you need for a modern lifestyle, surrounded by nature.

Just a short walk to town, you can enjoy the long-standing Norfolk Farmer's market on Saturdays from May-September. While in town, check out the Norfolk Historical Society or the Norfolk Library. Interested in live music? Norfolk has the Yale University Summer Chamber Music Festival or Infinity Hall all year long!

Want to just hang out at the house? There are puzzles and board games, a tv and gaming console, and lawn games with space to spare! There is a wood burning fireplace insert to keep you toasty on the cold days. There is a wood burning fire pit table for those times when you want a fire outside, as well.

Want to explore further? There are nearby opportunities for swimming in lakes, fishing in rivers, playing disc golf, hiking, etc.

* Please note that the property is at the end of a dead end road in a rural community. The driveway entrance is steep. In rain/snow conditions, parking on the street might be warranted. There is a 50+ foot walkway from the street to the house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
