Spacious one Bedroom Apt with private entrance

However, we do want to clarify that throughout your stay we remained in constant communication to ensure your comfort. We checked in with you multiple times asking how everything was and whether you needed anything at all. Each time, you responded that everything was fine and that you did not need assistance. Because of that, receiving a 2-star rating feels unjust, especially considering the level of attentiveness and responsiveness we provided. As mentioned, this unit is currently undergoing upgrades, and many improvements have already been completed with additional enhancements scheduled. We are committed to creating a space that meets and exceeds guest expectations. We’re glad you found the location convenient, the communication excellent, and the bathroom clean and well-stocked. Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t what you had hoped for. Throughout your stay, I checked in with you regularly and would have been happy to address any concerns you had. Regarding the bed, it was a simple fix — the cushion could have been easily removed to resolve the issue. As for the dogs, I was unaware they were outside, but they are puppies and extremely friendly. If it was a concern, a quick solution would have been to have them placed inside the house. I also asked multiple times, including on the day of your checkout, if there was anything you needed or if you had any concerns. As for the fee, it was a straightforward issue, which I believe we addressed. If you’re not home during the day, leaving all the lights on is unnecessary. I completely understand leaving one light on for when you return, but keeping all the lights on is simply not reasonable. I hope this clarifies things, and I appreciate your input.
