Chalet-Style Micro Chalets are perfect for your special trip to Alaska and are just big enough for 2. These petite chalets feature a living room with petite couch, chair and Murphy table. A kitchenette completely outfitted for your travel cooking needs with silverware, pots & pans, culinary tools, basic spices and of course, coffee maker. Stovetop burners, microwave and mini fridge are also available to cook up whatever you need. Bathroom includes a shower, toilet & sink. Finally, the bedroom has a queen bed with built in closet space and a loft to curl up with a good book.

Beautiful and tucked away

This cabin was beautiful and just the right size for us. Owner was on site to greet us and was really nice. We ended up not being able to stay the night due to a family emergency but are definitely coming back as this is the perfect getaway place for my husband and I. It's out of the way but not so remote that you feel cutoff and it's super convenient to Eklutna Lake, which is gorgeous.

Why they chose this property

Eklutna is a short drive from Anchorage and is the fastest way into nature while never leaving Anchorage. Quiet and relaxing, and only 2 miles from all the action at Eklutna Lake we love to explore the surrounding mountains than retreat to a hot soaking tub to relax.

What makes this property unique

Running water, indoor plumbing and brand new construction all nestled into a park-like setting. Each cabin is tucked into the woods designed for a private nature experience at BlueWater BaseCamp.
