New Home with Stunning Views of The Gulf of America & Porpoise Creek

This new build is located at the end of a road with stunning views of the Gulf of America & Porpoise Creek. She yields some Old Florida vibes and spectacular sunsets over the marsh and the Gulf of America. The upstairs deck boasts comfortable furniture and provides a quiet & relaxing ambience where you can get away from it all. Both bedrooms have Tempurpedic king size mattresses to ease into dreamland. There is a lift to transport your luggage, coolers & groceries to the main floor 16’ up. The Jena boat ramp is under a mile from the house or you can obtain a slip at any of the nearby marinas. We do not allow pets or parties at this house. Limit of 7 guests.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used towels on shower floor - please DO place them against a wooden baseboard
Please clean grill and place all trash in trash cans outside. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning charges.
Please do not clean fish, shellfish or scallops on property. Failure to do so will result in $1000 fine. It is FREE to clean your catch at all of the marinas.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
CARGO ONLY on lift. NO guests are allowed on the lift. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from property without refund.
No sitting on railings. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from property without refund. This rule is in place to keep you safe.
