This charming mountain abode is nestled in groves of Aspen and Pine. Get away from the hustle and enjoy the mountain scenery from within this clean rustic home set on 3 beautiful acres, steps from endless hiking trails. Cozy up near the wood stove and enjoy the chefs kitchen.
This is a private rustic home, with clean finishes and an open farmhouse appeal. The heart of the house is a beautiful chefs kitchen with a professional grade gas cook top, large bar, farm sink, tons of counter space, any cooks dream! And just outside the doors are pristine hiking and biking trails. Come soak in the hot tub after skiing, snowboarding or hiking.
Access to Gross Reservoir is only a mile away, and if you need to go into town, it's just 15 minutes down to Boulder or 15 minutes into Nederland. It's a wonderful stay anytime of the year w/ Eldora ski mountain less than a half hour for the winter months, and the Indian Peaks Wilderness area in the summertime.
