We had a wonderful stay - mother/daughter retreat. The home was exceptionally clean and was cozy -- with blankets rolled up and place in baskets for easy access when watching a movie or having a conversation in the living room area. The two beds had two slightly different levels of firm with a bit of softness on the top layer. And the beds had two different sized pillows. The slight differences offered us some options and took into account people's unique bedding preferences. Our host was very responsive when we texted one request. He was at the property within 5 minutes tending to our request. We enjoyed the hot tub. Instructions for use of the remotes and hot tubs were good. We would stay here again.

This property is wonderfully central. It is close to downtown Colorado Springs and various hiking spots including Garden of the Gods as well as Red Rocks Open Space. Memorial Lake is a 5 minute walk from the property.
It is secluded and private in a quiet neighborhood.
