Where to start? The good things: checkin was very easy, the place was generally very clean, and the location is an easy walk to restaurants, shops and Pike street market. The Valta Team responded to communications promptly. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion were provided. The ad pictures were wonderful, bright and cheery looking; the place was nothing like that. It was depressing. The rug was old, cut or chewed in steps in the lower left corner in a weird way. If someone was checking the property, they could have rotated it so that didn't show. It was advertised as sleeping 3, but the fold out chair for the 3rd person was unclean and there was 1 sheet, There were 3 forks, the kitchen amenities were extremely slim. the drapes won't draw together to shut out the morning light. One ice tray. The tub is slippery and chipped. The apartment is on the 13th floor, which we didn't mind, but the window was wide open without a screen and we didn't realize it till we wondered why the AC wasn't really helping. This place would be doable if there were only 2 people , you weren't preparing food , and you weren't spending any time there except sleeping, but not for 300 per night.I feel we were way overcharged for what we received.
