Cozy getaway place, in need of some improvement

Studio was conveniently located to the downtown’s points of interest. It’s equipped with all the necessary items to make for a comfortable stay. While it’s evident that the host has stocked it with all the items to make for a great getaway, the most disappointing part was the cleanliness. The bottom half of the glass shower door was cloudy with the soap residue; bath towels were very dingy and didn’t smell fresh; the washcloths had very unpleasant smell as well. The top of the refrigerator (right where the microwave sits) was full of dust. The bedsheets were very flimsy and it was very hard to discern if they were changed. The bedspread needs to be washed as well. As the cleanliness improves - the place would make for a wonderful getaway location.
