Unfortunately, the power shutdown and resulting pool closure were mandated by the condominium association and were completely outside of our control. We understand how disappointing it must have been to lose access to the pool for a day, especially during your vacation. We always strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience and regret that this unforeseen maintenance affected your stay.
