Coligny Beachfront Villa w/Pool at The Breakers

"A Little Salt & Light" is a one bedroom villa right on beautiful Coligny Beach on Hilton Head Island. The heated oceanfront pool and kids pool lead you out to a wooden boardwalk right onto the beach with an outdoor wash station.

Steps away from the villa is the heart of popular Coligny. There are specialty shops, restaurants, bars, a grocery store, and Coligny Plaza where there is nightly entertainment. No need to get in your car or try to find parking...just walk across the street!

There is one queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The pool area includes a heated pool, heated shallow kiddie pool and lounge chairs. The boardwalk to the beach takes you through a private access gated entry. Here you will find a convenient rinsing station for your return from the beach.

The villa is a side unit, so no direct ocean view. It is on the first floor, but is still above parking, so it is up one flight of stairs. There is also an elevator.

One car per villa is allowed. This is a strict Breakers HOA rule due to the available number of parking spots on property.

You will be provided with bed linens, towels and a basic starter packet which includes two rolls of toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and a bar of soap. Starter pack in the kitchen includes a bottle of dish soap, a disposable sponge, 2 dish washer pods, 2 laundry pods, kitchen towels, paper towels and three trash bags.

This was a very well equipped efficiency and the host was over the top in communication. We knew the unit square footage was small, so our only issue was we had to have our suitcases in the living area as there was no room in the bedroom for storage. Otherwise, it was great for our week long stay.

Centralized location. You can literally park your car on Saturday and leave the following Saturday and not have to use your car all week. Grocery stores, retail stores and restaurants all within a five minute walk. You can rent bikes and they will deliver and pickup. The pool is both kid friendly and adults will find it comfortable as well.

Directly on beach next to Coligny

Stayed for a week with my husband and teenaged daughter. We had an awesome experience! Perfect location (one floor up from ground level parking), only 1 easy flight of stairs (even for my husband who is on crutches). The bedroom is very small, Just enough room to walk around the bed (no dresser, but does have open closet area to hang clothing). If traveling with small kids, plan on putting pack-n-play in living room area bc the bedroom is too small. The unit as a whole is pretty small but perfect for our needs. Pull out couch in living room is pretty comfortable. We used the living room are the primary bedroom (like a studio) and bedroom for our daughter. Not ocean view but you can hear the ocean and it over looks (through the trees) the Coligny beach fountain. FULLY STOCKED kitchen, even had storage containers and super sharp knives if you plan to cook. Walking distance from everything at the Coligny shoppes. Parked the car upon arrival and didn’t get back in until checkout. We prioritize location to the beach (10 out of 10), cleanliness (10 out of 10), and kitchen functionality (8 out of 10 only bc there isn’t a conventional oven, but do have an air fryer and microwave/convection oven combo). The complex also has a pool, rinse station for coming off the beach (showers and hose for gear), a life guard near the private beach access. We will DEFINITELY be booking with them again in the future!

If you know HHI, you know that Coligny Beach is the perfect spot with everything at your fingertips. It's the reason we chose this neighborhood! We love that if you so choose, you don't ever have to get in your car to reach the beach, restaurants and bars, ice cream, specialty shopping, live music and even a grocery store!

What makes this property unique

The beauty of our villa is that you can hang at the pool, walk on the beach or enjoy all that Coligny Plaza has to offer. There is even a trolley stop right next to the property that will take you to other parts of Hilton Head if you don't want to drive!
