Island Escape - Waterfront pool home! Walk to the beach!

Come stay at this spacious waterfront home, an easy 10-minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home.

The home provides 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom with tasteful coastal decor.
The large, resort style pool with lanai will be sure to keep you and your family entertained and relaxed.
We look forward to hosting you during your stay in Marco Island!
The master bedroom includes a king-sized mattress and en-suite, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and queen bed, a perfect haven for kids and teens, or a family of 4. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized mattress.
The guests will have access to the entire house.
Centrally located, near dining, movie theatre, mini-golf and the beach!
Other notes:

-Pet fee: $150. Please note that pets are not allowed on beds and there will be a $100 charge if fur is found on any of the beds.
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool. There will be a $200 charge if pet fur is found in the pool/filter.

- We provide a "starter pack" to guests (toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, etc.), but the guest is responsible for stocking up on anything else needed throughout their stay.
- The owners park their boat on the lift and may choose to go out on their boat during a guest’s stay. They DO NOT need access to the home and will go in through the side directly to the dock area.

We stayed 4 nights in this lovely home! Gina is absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was excellent! The home is very spacious and well stocked. Beds are very comfy! It was great to be able to be a short walk away from the beach and restaurants! It was also so nice to have our four legged family member with us too! Thank you Gina!

Fantastic House and Location

This is a great house, room to spread out, the pool was warm the location ideal and close to everything. Great spot to walk to the beach, dinner and go on bike rides. Thank you for sharing your place and a great time

Great Property!

Not only is the property in great condition but it is also conveniently located walking distance from the beach. House was clean and had everything you needed. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful home

This a beautiful home in a prime location. My kids felt right at home as well as my dog! The amenities were top notch. My only suggestion would be to purchase more forks and spoons as my family of 6 used what was provided in one meal.

Long Weekend Stay on Winterberry

This property and it's amenities were very nice. Clean, spacious and cozy feel. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook up our own meals. The deck overlooking the pool was nice. Pool was warm (heated) and clean. Could have used a few updated pool toys.( Like a small football for tossing.) Had fishing accessories in case you wanted to buy your own bait, but we had no luck in catching anything. Close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. This property provided beach chairs and cart to walk your cooler and chairs to the beach. Would be a nice touch if you offered bikes like many of the other properties do. The biggest negative was the bed mattresses. The Master bedroom mattress and private bathroom were excellent. BUT the other two bedroom mattresses need to be updated. My friends who slept in those rooms had horrible nights rest and could not wait to get out of bed in the mornings. Highly recommend investing by updating those mattresses. The property manager was very responsive and even the property owner came over quickly to address a couple of mechanical issues one with Freezer handle and one with shower knob. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others interested in south Marco Island.

Thank you for your feedback! We want our renters to feel as comfortable as they would in their own home, so we have just replaced both queen mattresses to memory foam mattresses. We hope our future renters enjoy these new mattresses and look forward to the opportunity of hosting you again in the future!
