That quaint little Vermont cottage you've always imagined...right on the lake!

Our intimate little lake house is the perfect spot to kick back, relax and take in the gorgeous views. Enjoy an afternoon on the water with access from our private dock and spend the evening grilling with friends on our large deck.

Take a stroll down the incredible Colchester Causeway, take the bike path into Burlington to try out one of the many amazing restaurants, or hop in the car and take the windy roads up to Waterbury and Stowe for a day of touring the beautiful VT mountains.

This house is unique because it feels very private and cozy being tucked away in the bay, but is only a few miles from bustling downtown Burlington, and the quaint heart of Colchester.
