Primary suite w/ walk-in closet, smart TV, spa shower, top of the line king mattress w/ adjustable bed.
Secondary bedroom with queen bed and bath with shower/tub combo.
Fabulous location! Located directly across the street from the beach and next to the Getty Villa.
8 minutes to Santa Monica, 6 minutes to Pacific Palisades Village, 1 0 minutes to Malibu Pier.
1 carport space and tons of street parking.
3rd floor walk up. Make sure you can handle some stairs. No need to stress about going to the gym while you're here! :)
Weekly maid service and private laundry directly under unit.
All utilities, smart TV, Wifi, linens and towels, parking included.
NO Air Conditioning, but the breeze off the ocean makes it unnecessary. There are ceiling fans in both the living room and primary bedroom, 2 floor fans provided.
